Actor Richard Dreyfuss is in final talks to play US Vice President Dick Cheney in Oliver Stone's new biopic of President George W Bush, 'W'.
The Hollywood Reporter says that the film stars Josh Brolin in the lead role with 'Scrubs' star Elizabeth Banks playing First Lady Laura Bush and Thandie Newton playing US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice.
Shooting on the film begins this month in Shreveport, Louisiana.
It is due for release in the US on 17 October.
